Each day finds new challenges for each of us. The days are all so busy for everyone, fitting in everything you need to get done in just 24 hours is not easy. Achieving work life balance is not always easy either and the more we add to each day, the busier we are. Each of us is different of course, some have kids to tend too and raise, meals to prepare, chores to run, animals or livestock to tend too. Homes and businesses to look after, the list of tasks and responsibilities goes on. Because we are all so busy sometimes special occasions creep up quicker than we realize and suddenly, the special day is here. ARE YOU READY FOR MOTHER'S DAY?
Over the last couple of weeks I have been busy doing a number of things. I think most importantly for me recently is changing some lifestyle habits. Working on self health improvements, making healthier food choices and drinking lots of water. If you are not feeling good, it's hard to to get through the challenges of each day. So be sure to put yourself first and look after your health too. ☺ And I'm feeling pretty excited about these changes and feeling much better too.
As well as focusing on my health, lol, I have been sorting through new merchandise and getting ready for Mother's Day. I think mom will be sure to love anything you give her, regardless of the size or cost. These days, just getting to spend time together with your mom is more special. My plans to visit with my mom this weekend got changed with the new restrictions Alberta put into place, my mom and dad live in Red Deer, one of the hot zones. But I'm grateful and relieved to know that both of my parents have received both of their vaccinations.
